🕒 Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In the original packaging (with tags, manuals, etc.)

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)
📦 How to Start a Return
Starting a return is quick and easy:

Visit our Return Center and fill out the Return Request Form with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.

You don't have to worry about any costs related to return, because we’ve got you covered.
Clyro offers FREE returns on all eligible items within the return period.

A prepaid return label will be provided after your request is approved.

You must use the provided label for your return to be free.

Original shipping costs (if any) are still non-refundable.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or payment provider.

If the item is not eligible, we will notify you and may return it to you at your expense.

If you’d like a different size or replacement:
